This site is informational. It describes Meador Developments and provides a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of any product, feature, or timeline.

AAFAAN preview

AAFAAN is a product currently in development, shown at /aafaan to a limited group of approved reviewers. It is a preview, not a finished or certified product.

• AAFAAN is not certified avionics and is not approved by the FAA or any aviation authority.
• AAFAAN must not be used as a primary or sole source of information for actual flight planning or navigation. Always cross-check official, current aeronautical sources and use certified equipment for real-world flying.
• Features, data, availability, and timeline are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
• Access to the preview is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

No warranty

This site and any preview material are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meador Developments is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or any preview material, including reliance on aeronautical data shown in a preview.

Intellectual property

The Meador Developments name, mark, and site content are owned by Meador Developments unless otherwise noted. Sectional chart imagery shown on this site is derived from publicly available FAA aeronautical charts.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts to load typefaces and Cloudflare for hosting and access control on the AAFAAN preview. Your use of the site is also subject to those providers handling technical request data as described in our Privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the date above when we do.
